AI Consulting and Strategy
AI consulting starts by finding the work that is genuinely worth automating — and saying plainly which parts are not. We look at how your business runs today, identify where an assistant, a model or an automated workflow would remove real effort, and weigh building against buying for each one. What you get is a shortlist of use cases ranked by value and risk, an honest view of what your data allows, and a plan naming the tools, the integration points, and the decisions that must stay with a person.
AI-Assisted Software Delivery
We build software with AI in the loop, and we bring that same practice to your projects. Our own web, mobile and desktop work is written with AI coding assistants under review, testing and version control the whole way — which is how the speed arrives without the quality leaving. For your systems it means AI built in where it earns its place: assistants that answer from your own documents and data, search that understands a question rather than matching words, and drafting, classification and extraction inside the workflows your team already uses.
AI Training and Enablement
Training is what turns AI from something a few people experiment with into something a whole team uses the same way. We run hands-on sessions on the tools your people will actually touch — general assistants, the AI features inside software you already own, and coding assistants for development teams — and we cover the parts most training skips: what may be sent to a model and what never may, how to check an answer before acting on it, and where a person stays in the decision. Your team finishes with its own prompts, its own examples and a written way of working.

We are independent of every AI vendor, and choose the model that fits the task, the budget and the sensitivity of the data. These are the families we work with most.
Claude and Claude Code
Anthropic's Claude for long-document reasoning, drafting and analysis, and Claude Code for agentic work inside a real codebase. It is our own default for development.
OpenAI and ChatGPT
ChatGPT for everyday assistance across a team, and the OpenAI API where a product needs generation, transcription or embeddings built into it.
GitHub Copilot and IDE assistants
Copilot and the assistants built into modern editors, for development teams that want AI help without changing how they already work.
Google Gemini
Gemini for multimodal work and for organisations already standardised on Google Workspace or Google Cloud.
Open-weight models
Llama, Mistral and Qwen where the model has to run on your own infrastructure — the answer when data cannot leave the building.
Cloud AI platforms
Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI, so a model runs inside the cloud account and the compliance boundary you already have.
