UNITERMS (www.uniterms.com) is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA.
We work continuously to improve the accessibility of the site so that everyone, including people using assistive technology, can browse it comfortably.
Accessibility arrangements on this site
- The site can be operated entirely by keyboard (Tab / Shift+Tab to move, Enter to activate, Esc to close dialogs).
- A "skip to main content" link is the first element on every page.
- Pages use a semantic structure (headings, landmarks, labels) that works with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
- Text and interface colors provide sufficient contrast, in both the light and the dark color scheme.
- Meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Animations are suppressed automatically when the operating system reports a reduced-motion preference.
- The content is offered in 6 languages.
The accessibility widget
Every page shows an accessibility button at the bottom-left corner of the screen. It opens a panel with these adjustments: text enlargement (up to about 140%), high contrast, inverted colors, grayscale, link highlighting, a readable font, stopping animations, hiding images, a large cursor and a reading guide. Your choices are saved on your device and applied automatically on your next visit; the "Reset all" button restores the defaults.
Known limitations
- Some third-party components (such as the reCAPTCHA anti-spam service) are supplied by external vendors, and their accessibility is not fully under our control.
- The site is offered in many languages; after the English original changes, some translations may be updated with a short delay.
- If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, contact us and we will make every effort to provide the information in an alternative, accessible format.
